How do I join?
Click on this link. You will be led through the Supplier registration process and be asked to complete a pre-registration form. Once you have submitted this form, your pre-registration will be reviewed and you will be issued with a User ID and Password for the TPSP Login to complete your registration in the TPSP Directory. You will need to commit to the Supplier Agreement and choose an area of service in your Supplier Profile in order to appear on the TPSP Directory.

Does BGRS recommend suppliers?
No. BGRS maintains the TPSP Directory, but the choice of supplier remains with the relocating member or employee.

Do I pay a referral fee to BGRS?
No, there are no fees to participate in the TPSP Directory, and BGRS will not collect a referral fee.

Does the Member/Employee (M/E) have to choose from the TPSP Directory?
The M/E is free to choose suppliers that meet his/her needs; however, the TPSP directory does reassure the M/E that the TPSP understands the program, has agreed to the terms and conditions contained in the TPSP agreement and has agreed to the pre-negotiated rate. Since BGRS pays participating suppliers directly, it also reduces the out-of-pocket costs for the M/E.

How do I get selected?
BGRS does not recommend suppliers and the member or employee is free to choose any supplier that meets their personal needs. While being listed in the TPSP Directory provides you with an opportunity to reach relocating M/E, it does not guarantee that M/E will request your services during their relocation. You may be contacted by BGRS or by the member directly to request your services.

What do I do if I get selected?
When contacted by BGRS or a relocating M/E, you must confirm the following:

  • That you have an armís-length relationship with that M/E and his family.
  • That you are available to meet their needs and timelines (If not, you must advise the M/E (and BGRS) who will select another TPSP).
  • That the property is located in an area entered under your profile for which you have agreed to the set fee as established.
  • If you are available to provide the services, you then proceed in accordance with the service standards identified on the Agreement.

How do I get paid?
If you join the TPSP Directory, BGRS will pay you directly once you have submitted an on-line invoice.

If you are not a member of the TPSP Directory, you should invoice the relocating member or employee directly.

Can I obtain a copy of your directory of participating suppliers?
No. The directory is an information tool that is provided to relocating members and employees only. The database is updated live. To confirm that your name is on the TPSP Directory you simply access your personal profile and verify the information you have entered is accurate, and that you have selected a service area.
